Tyler Gillis
Tyler Gillis has been in the site remediation business for 25 years. Specializing in geotechnical construction, retaining walls, and slope containment. Tyler has worked closely with WestBlock Systems; a national licensing company, for most of his career, including representing its technical products line both within the Puget Sound region and nationally. As a member of Grade Solutions Tyler emphasizes site interpretation and design/build installation throughout the Pacific NW.
Janine Gillis
Janine Gillis purchased a majority stake in Grade Solutions in 2025. Janine has worked closely with Grade Solutions NW since 2015. As a member of Grade Solutions, Janine has procured DBE, SBE, SCS, WBE status for GSNW and will be focused on public work and site retention therein
Troy Gillis
As Grade Solutions’ construction superintendent, Gep brings 12 years of Segmental Retaining Wall (SRW) installation, estimating, and on-site management expertise. Gep's numerous operational skills are matched with excellent technical and business operational competencies.
